I guess it could be said that no director in the history of cinema has given movie audience more memorable, even iconic images, what with the exceeding high quality of his work, and the incomparably prolific career, launching in the silent era and moving into the mid 70's. This is a captivating lot, needless to say.

That last image is from Under Capricorn, right? In many ways it's my favorite Hitchcock.
